Siobhan is a Phoenix Witch, first introduced in Season 2 episode one, and a major recurring character of that season. She is a member of the Phoenix Witch Coven.
History
Siobhan was born into the Phoenix Coven, and her mother was the former leader. When Siobhan was a young girl, her mother brought Bianca Wright back into the coven after Bianca's mother, Lynn, was murdered. Bianca and Siobhan grew up together but were never practically close.
Sometime prior to her introduction in Destined, Siobhan became the leader of the Phoenix Witches. She then assigned a number of Phoenix Witches to their respective jobs but assigned Bianca to Chris Halliwell. She wanted Bianca to gather information for her, and ultimately, kill Chris. Siobhan as her coven was also briefly working with Leah and was presumably on the Shadow Witches radar.

Personality
Siobhan is a conniving, manipulative, cold woman who is willing to kill anyone and everyone that gets in her way. She is also very intelligent, knowing her boundary's and when to issue a strike on someone. She is a mercenary and was trained in the Phoenix coven since she was a very young child.
She is extremely loyal to her coven - who are presumably also her relatives and views any and all traitors as the enemy. If someone betrays her, she will forget her past with them and view them as her enemy. She will not hesitate to kill that person, and/or attempt to ruin their lives. She once manipulated Bianca - the girl she was raised with - into stealing Chris' powers at their wedding, and then kidnapped Bianca and held her captive in her dungeon.
Physical Appearance
Siobhan is a beautiful young woman in her late twenties or early thirty's. She has shoulder-length wavy brown hair, dark-green eyes, and pale olive skin. She has a slender yet athletic build and is normally seen wearing relaxed or sophisticated clothing. Her color preference for clothing is primarily black, browns, and other dark colors.
